Apprentice Electricians | School Projects (Night Shift) - Dallas, TX

Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Apprentice Electricians for school projects across multiple Dallas ISD locations. This is a night shift position, and all candidates must have or be able to obtain a valid DISD badge before starting. We’re looking for motivated, safety-focused apprentices who are ready to assist journeyman electricians with conduit work, wiring, and fixture installation while learning the trade in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Work Scope Includes:
•Working night shift on active school campuses
•Assisting journeyman electricians with conduit bending and installation
•Pulling wire and supporting terminations
•Helping install panels, light fixtures, and devices
•Performing rough-ins and trim-outs as directed
•Reading and following blueprints and layouts
•Following all DISD and site safety requirements
Requirements:
•1-3 years of commercial electrical experience preferred
•Must have or be able to obtain a DISD badge (required to work on-site)
•Must be able to work night shift across multiple school locations
•Must have own basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
•Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
•Must be able to communicate effectively in English
•Reliable transportation required
•Background check and drug test required before start

Please Note: Apprentice Electricians must be able to assist with conduit, wire pulls, and fixture installation safely and efficiently. This position requires night shift availability and a DISD badge for access to multiple school locations.
