Pipe Welders - Industrial / Marine
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Start: March 2026 | Full-Time
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Pipe Welders for industrial and marine projects in the Virginia Beach area. These are long-term positions with steady hours and the opportunity to work with a respected contractor.
Job Responsibilities:
•Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, or copper-nickel piping.
•Perform TIG and Stick welding to meet quality and code standards.
•Prep, fit, and align pipe joints prior to weld.
•Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and isometric drawings.
•Maintain safety procedures and high-quality workmanship.
Requirements:
•3+ years of pipe welding experience in industrial, shipyard, or marine environments.
•Must be able to pass a weld test.
•Experience with TIG & Stick required (flux core a plus).
•Must have basic welding tools, PPE, and reliable transportation.
•Ability to work in elevated or confined spaces when needed.
