CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a commercial project in Orlando, FL, starting March 2026. We’re looking for dependable tradesmen with solid install skills and a commitment to safe, high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
•Install commercial duct systems (rectangular, spiral, and flex).
•Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble sheet metal and duct components.
•Hang, strap, and support ductwork per code and project specs.
•Work from blueprints, drawings, and jobsite instructions.
•Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
•Follow all OSHA and site safety standards.
Requirements:
•4+ years commercial sheet metal / HVAC install experience.
•Ability to read blueprints and layout duct runs.
•Must have standard sheet metal hand tools + PPE.
•Reliable transportation and ability to start in March 2026.
•Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass basic screening.
