•Perform field testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems
•Execute project-specific commissioning plans and accurately document all results
•Review manufacturer test procedures and ensure compliance with IEEE, NEMA, and NETA standards
•Conduct visual inspections, advanced electrical testing, and system diagnostics
•Witness factory tests and subcontractor testing as required
•Collect system data and support project planning and development
•Prepare daily reports, hazard assessments, and commissioning documentation
•Install, test, repair, program, or replace equipment as needed
•Set up and operate advanced testing equipment
•Follow OSHA, NFPA 70E, and all site-specific safety requirements
•Trade school or equivalent technical education
•Strong knowledge of electrical, automation, and power systems
•Experience with low, medium, and high-voltage equipment
•4+ years experience solving operational or construction-related system issues
•Understanding of NETA testing standards
•NICET Electrical Power Testing Level II (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
•OSHA-30 and NFPA 70E (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
•Strong computer proficiency and documentation skills
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
