Work Scope:
Plumbers and Apprentices will be working across various commercial sites in Franklin, TN, performing plumbing installation and support tasks.
Responsibilities include:
•Assisting with or performing plumbing installation, pipework, and fixture setting
•Supporting PL Helper duties as needed
•Working with PVC, copper, cast iron, and other commercial plumbing materials
•Completing layout, material handling, and jobsite cleanup
•Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
•Clean driving record required
Plumber Requirements:
•4-5+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
•Ability to work independently on commercial plumbing tasks
•Must bring plumbing hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
•Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
•Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
•Strong craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to safety
Apprentice Plumber Requirements:
•1-2+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
•Ability to assist with pipe installation and fixture setting
•Must bring basic tools and required PPE
•Willingness to learn and take direction
•Bilingual preferred but not required
