Job Description
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Commercial HVAC Duct Mechanics and Apprentices for a new-build commercial project in Aubrey, TX. This is a great opportunity to get on a clean, organized jobsite with steady work and room to grow.
Experienced duct mechanics will perform hands-on installation work, while apprentices will assist and learn under skilled tradesmen on an active commercial build.

Work Scope Includes
HVAC Duct Mechanics and Apprentices will be assisting with:
•Installing and hanging commercial ductwork
•Assisting with layout, measuring, and cutting duct sections
•Installing hangers, supports, and hardware
•Sealing and securing duct systems to spec
•Supporting senior mechanics during installs
•Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
Mechanic Requirements
•Commercial HVAC duct installation experience required
•Ability to work from prints and layout drawings
•Must bring HVAC hand tools and full PPE
•Strong safety awareness and professionalism
Apprentice Requirements
•Prior HVAC, sheet metal, or construction experience preferred
•Willingness to learn and take direction
•Ability to assist with duct installation and material handling
•Must bring basic tools and full PPE
