Work Scope
Apprentice Plumbers will be working on commercial plumbing projects in Austin, TX, assisting journeymen from the underground phase through project completion.
Duties include:
•Assisting with underground plumbing work
•Helping lay pipe and set underground systems
•Supporting rough-in, top-out, and finish phases as the project progresses
•Assisting with reading and following blueprints under supervision
•Handling materials, tools, and jobsite setup
•Coordinating with journeymen and other trades on site
•Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
Commercial Apprentice Plumber Requirements
•Commercial plumbing experience at the apprentice level required
•Familiarity with underground plumbing and pipe installation preferred
•Willingness to learn and take direction from journeymen
•Must bring basic plumbing hand tools
•ALL PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
•Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
•Reliable transportation required
•Professional attitude and strong work ethic
