CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Mid-Level Electricians / Advanced Apprentices for a commercial project in Lakewood Ranch, FL. This role is ideal for electricians who have solid commercial experience, understand electrical fundamentals, and are comfortable bending and installing conduit, but may not yet be licensed journeymen.

Work Scope
Mid-Level Electricians will assist with commercial electrical installation, including:
•Bending and installing EMT conduit
•Assisting with electrical rough-in and layout
•Pulling wire and helping with terminations
•Installing lighting, outlets, switches, and devices
•Working from electrical prints and site direction
•Supporting lead electricians and foremen
•Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
What We’re Looking For
•2-4+ years of commercial electrical experience
•Strong electrical knowledge and ability to bend conduit
•Comfortable working from prints and layouts
•Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
•Must bring basic electrical hand tools and full PPE
(hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
•Professional attitude and strong work ethic
•Ability to pass any required background checks or drug screening
Journeyman license not required - this role is perfect for high-level apprentices ready for the next step.
