Work Scope
HVAC Mechanics will be working on commercial projects in Tallahassee, FL. This is a fast-paced job site, and candidates must be comfortable keeping up with production demands.
Duties include:
•Installing and hanging spiral ductwork
•Installing and supporting duct systems
•Wrapping duct as required
•Working from mechanical drawings and jobsite direction
•Coordinating with HVAC crews on site
•Following all jobsite safety requirements
Commercial HVAC Mechanic Requirements
•Commercial HVAC duct experience required
•Experience with spiral duct installation and hanging
•Ability to assist with duct wrapping
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to read and interpret prints
•Must bring all required HVAC hand tools
•Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
•Background check required
•Must be able to pass any required drug screenings
•Reliable transportation required
•Professional attitude and strong work ethic
