Work Scope
Laborers will be working on commercial projects in Pompano Beach, FL.
Duties include:
•Digging trenches and assisting with site excavation
•Assisting skilled trades as needed
•Moving materials and general site cleanup
•Supporting crews to maintain productivity
•Maintaining jobsite safety standards
General Laborer Requirements
•Minimum 2 years of construction experience preferred
•Comfortable performing digging and physical labor
•Spanish speakers welcome
•Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
•Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings
•Reliable transportation required
•Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
