•Assist with the setup and layout of forms for tilt-up concrete panels
•Prepare surfaces and materials for concrete pouring (cleaning, oiling, etc.)
•Help place and secure rebar and embed plates according to specifications
•Assist with concrete pouring, vibrating, and finishing tasks
•Participate in the erection and bracing of concrete panels using rigging and cranes
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site
•Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
•Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
•Support skilled tradespeople as needed
•Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
•Experience with tilt-up construction is a strong plus
•Ability to read and follow basic instructions and drawings
•Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, climbing, etc.)
•Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
•Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
•Must have reliable transportation to the job site
•Outdoor construction sites
•Fast-paced, physically demanding, team-oriented environment
•May involve early start times and extended hours depending on the project schedule
