CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics with at least 6 years of sheet metal experience for an upcoming project in Canton, MS. We are hiring Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics who can fabricate, shape, and install sheet metal duct systems on active commercial jobsites. If you are a skilled Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanic with at least 6 years of experience and you take pride in your craft, we want to speak with you.

Pay Rate
•Competitive hourly pay based on sheet metal experience
•Overtime opportunities when available
Position Details
•Minimum 40 hours per week
•Commercial construction environment
Scope of Work
•Set up and operate fabricating machines
•Shape metal over anvils and blocks
•Form sheet metal using a hammer and hand tools
•Assemble and smooth seams and joints of burred surfaces
•Install prefabricated sheet metal duct systems
•Maintain clean and safe work areas
We are hiring Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics with at least 6 years of sheet metal experience who can fabricate and install duct systems while maintaining production on commercial projects.
Requirements
•Minimum at least 6 years of sheet metal experience
•Experience setting up and operating fabricating machines
•Experience shaping and forming sheet metal
•Experience assembling seams and smoothing joints
•Experience installing prefabricated sheet metal ducts
•Own sheet metal hand tools
•Ability to commit to at least 40 hours per week
•Ability to work in a team on a jobsite
•Remain drug free on the jobsite
