Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with project setup, layout, and site preparation
* Perform layout using Trimble equipment
* Operate equipment as qualified (Backhoe, Track Hoe, Mini Excavator, Loader)
* Check pad and footing elevations following excavation
* Verify survey layout to ensure building squareness
* Set anchor bolts, form footings, set masonry racks, and install embed plates per specifications
* Assist with concrete placement, vibrating, and finishing operations
* Perform caisson drilling and rigging of caisson rebar cages (certified riggers preferred)
* Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization
* Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
* Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
* Support skilled trades and supervision as needed
* Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
* Foundation experience is a strong advantage
* Ability to read and follow basic instructions, drawings, and layout information
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, climbing, etc.)
* Willingness to work in varying weather conditions, including overtime and Saturdays when required
* Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
* Must be onsite and ready to work 15 minutes before scheduled start time
