HVAC Foreman - Arden, NC
CCS Construction Staffing is actively seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman for a commercial project in Arden, NC. We are looking for a strong leader who can manage crews, coordinate with project teams, and keep work moving efficiently on an active jobsite. The client is interviewing candidates ASAP and considering multiple sources, so timely response is important.

Position Overview
The HVAC Foreman will lead a crew of 5-10 technicians while overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality installation, and maintaining communication with project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and supervise a crew of 5-10 HVAC technicians
•Coordinate daily tasks and jobsite workflow
•Communicate with project managers and field coordinators
•Read and interpret mechanical drawings and plans
•Oversee installation of HVAC systems and ensure quality standards
•Utilize Procore and manage RFIs as needed
•Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
Requirements
•Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or Lead
•Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity
•Experience with Procore and RFIs
•Strong communication and coordination skills
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
•Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
