This role involves leading a crew on-site as a foreman-level Journeyman Plumber with extensive knowledge of underground plumbing. The position offers a competitive pay range and per diem, ideal for experienced plumbers ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment. The project schedule is five 9s, starting early at 7 am, with a comprehensive scope of underground plumbing below slab work.

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $37 - $40 per hour & $50 Per Diem
Location: Fischer, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Five 9s, 7 am start time
Start Date: ASAP
Scope of Work:
•Lead a crew on-site as foreman level plumber
•Extensive underground plumbing work below slab
•Ensure project standards and safety protocols are followed
•Coordinate with other trades and management
•Supervise and mentor team members
•Complete work within scheduled timelines
Requirements:
•Extensive knowledge in underground plumbing, below slab work
•Foreman-level experience with leadership skills
•Ability to lead and coordinate a plumbing crew effectively
