Job description
As a Traveling Electrical Installer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
•
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers on the electrical side
•
Travel to customer sites throughout the US, heavy travel, up to 90% of time
•
Conduct equipment electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
•
Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the field
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
•
Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation
YOU MUST HAVE
•
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service electrical installation.
•
Willingness to travel and be on the road up to 90% of the time, you will be visiting customer sites throughout the US.
•
1 year of problem solving and electrical troubleshooting.
•
1 year of experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
