Position Details
Job Title: Construction Laborer
Pay Rate: $15 - $16
Location: Indianapolis
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 8 Hour Shifts

Scope of Work
•Perform site clean-up to maintain a safe and organized work environment
•Assist with general labor tasks on construction sites
•Follow safety protocols and use basic PPE: hard hat, glasses, hi-vis vest, and steel-toed boots
•Support skilled tradespeople as needed
Requirements

•Ability to comply with safety requirements and wear PPE
