As a Laborer for our Denver District, you will contribute to our team by:
•Reporting to work on time, ready to work safely and learn
•Assists project superintendent where needed
•Actively takes direction & ask questions to ensure tasks are understood
•Cleans and prepares construction sites as needed
•Associated material cleanup and disposal
•Operate dewatering pumps
•Other duties as required
What you will bring to the role:
•Must be 18 years of age or older
•Knowledge and use of hand and power tools
•High regard for safety and pride for quality of work
•Self-motivated and a team player
•Able to multi-task, show initiative and ask questions as needed
•Able to follow directions to ensure completion of daily tasks
•Have a high degree of flexibility in a changing environment
•Must have reliable transportation
•Strength to perform average lifting of up to 50 pounds, from the ground to above head.
•Should be able to navigate through the worksite on a daily basis
•Occasionally climbs up and down ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, in confined spaces, high places, and under pressure.
•Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
•Previous flagging experience preferred.
The salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We anticipate this requisition will be open for a minimum of five days, though it may be open for a longer period of time. We encourage your prompt application.
