•Assist in inspecting finished goods, frames, and materials to ensure adherence to purchase order details, including accuracy in construction, color, shade, and finish
•Support the preparation of completed orders for shipment, including assembly, wrapping, staging, and documentation under direction
•Contribute to quality control processes by identifying inconsistencies and escalating issues for resolution
•Provide support in upholstery preparation by handling materials, fibers, and adhesives as directed
•Organize and distribute workpieces and supplies to team members to support workflow efficiency
•Assist with receiving, storing, and releasing shipments and maintaining material inventory
•Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility environment to support production excellence
•Safely use hand tools and small equipment to assist with inspection and production tasks
•2+ years of experience in furniture production, manufacturing, or a related field
•Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
•Ability to follow purchase order instructions and execute tasks accurately under direction
•Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required
•Receptive to feedback, direction, and opportunities for improvement
•Consistent attendance and punctuality
•Frequently lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 75 pounds while utilizing appropriate equipment and adhering to safety guidelines
•Stand and walk for prolonged periods
•Bend, twist, stretch, reach, stoop, climb, squat, kneel, push and pull frequently
•Maneuver effectively around the workroom floor, and loading docks
