Duties Include:
•Carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical tasks
•Safety enhancements such as grab bars and accessibility aids
•Independent fieldwork with quality craftsmanship and respect for seniors
Qualifications:
•2+ years of handyman or construction experience
•Knowledge of hand and power tools
•Valid driver’s license and clean background
•Friendly, professional communication skills
•Physical ability to climb, kneel, and lift
