Position Details
Job Title: HVAC Duct Install Top Helpers
Pay Rate: $20 - $24
Location: Springfield, Ohio
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
Start Date: ASAP
Scope of Work
•Installing square and spiral ductwork in a large multi-family residential setting
•Assisting with HVAC system setups and connections
•Following safety protocols and project specifications
•Supporting lead technicians in installation tasks
•Communicating effectively with team members; Spanish speakers welcome if able to interpret English
Requirements
•Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
•Experience installing square duct and spiral duct preferred
•Ability to work 4-10s schedule, start ASAP
