Position Details
Job Title: Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Helpers
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00/hour bill rate: 1.40 markup
Location: Windermere, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time, Project-Based
Schedule: 5-8s, generally Monday through Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Scope of Work
•Assist in duct work installation for HVAC systems at a school site
•Measure, cut, and prep duct materials using tape measures and related tools
•Support with basic sheet metal tasks under supervision
•Maintain a clean and safe work environment
•Assist with moving materials and tools as needed
Requirements
•Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as an HVAC helper or sheet metal assistant
•Greater experience preferred
•Ability to read tape measures and cut duct work accurately
•Reliable transportation and punctuality
