Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $18- $22 per hour
The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, education, and location.

Position Summary
The Building Automation Installation Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting HVAC control systems and building automation systems in commercial environments. This role requires technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
•Pull and terminate multi-conductor cables
•Install HVAC control system components
•Use power tools, testing equipment, and measuring devices
•Assemble, install, test, and maintain wiring, equipment, and sensors
•Follow project specifications, installation standards, and safety requirements
•Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
•1+ years of experience in electrical, HVAC, controls, or a related field, or equivalent training
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
•Good communication and basic computer skills
•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet background requirements
•Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role involves field work at commercial job sites and may include:
•Exposure to varying weather conditions
•Extended periods of driving
•Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
•Working with construction materials, tools, and equipment
•Use of ladders and access equipment as required
