Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $24-$32/ per hour

What You’ll Do
As a Sheet Metal Mechanic, you will support the installation, repair, and maintenance of sheet metal systems in commercial and public building environments.
Key responsibilities include:
•Work as part of a team to complete tasks assigned by the Superintendent or Lead Mechanic
•Measure, cut, and install ductwork using hand tools and measuring instruments
•Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
•Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of various mechanical systems
•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
•Perform additional duties as needed to support project success
What We’re Looking For
•1 to 3 years of sheet metal experience in commercial installation, or equivalent training and education
•Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team
•Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
•Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
•Flexibility to work overtime as needed
•Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is a physically active, hands-on role. You can expect:
•Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions
•Frequent standing, climbing, bending, lifting, and manual labor
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
•Occasional driving between job sites
•Exposure to construction materials, tools, and jobsite conditions
