We are currently seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to join our team in Lynchburg, VA. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round, we would love to hear from you.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22-$45/ per hour
The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will install, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
•Install, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems
•Work with systems such as hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps
•Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues accurately and efficiently
•Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams
•Perform routine preventive maintenance
•Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
•1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training or education
•Strong skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems
•EPA or CFC Certification required
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong communication and documentation skills
•Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role that includes:
•Working in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
•Frequent standing, climbing, lifting, and physical activity
•Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
•Occasional extended driving between job locations
•Working around common construction materials and tools
