We are currently seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting systems, and helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round, we want to hear from you.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22-$45/ per hour
The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You’ll Do
As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will install, maintain, and service heating and cooling systems while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
•Install and maintain residential HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pump systems
•Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently and accurately
•Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams
•Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
•Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
•1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training and education
•Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
•EPA or CFC Certification required
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong communication and documentation skills
•Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on, active role that includes:
•Working in indoor and outdoor residential environments with varying weather conditions
•Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
•Occasional driving between service locations
•Exposure to common construction materials and HVAC equipment
