Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Installer, you will install commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
•
Install HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pump systems
•
Follow best practices for mechanical installation and jobsite safety
•
Perform brazing and soldering work as needed
•
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
•
Install proper refrigerant piping systems
•
Assist with controls and wiring connections
•
Utilize tools, equipment, and computer systems effectively
•
Maintain a professional attitude and communicate clearly with team members, subcontractors, and customers
•
Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, codes, and company standards
•
Support project success through effective planning, coordination, and execution
What We’re Looking For
•
Five (5) or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience
•
Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems
•
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings
•
Experience with refrigerant piping, sheet metal, ductwork, and equipment installation
•
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•
Good communication and documentation skills
•
Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
•
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
•
Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role in a commercial construction setting. You can expect:
•
Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying conditions
•
Frequent standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
•
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
•
Occasional driving between job sites
•
Exposure to construction materials, tools, equipment, and varying weather conditions
