Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Installer, you will install commercial and industrial heating and cooling systems while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
•Install HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pump systems
•Follow best practices for mechanical installation and jobsite safety
•Perform brazing and soldering work as needed
•Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
•Install proper refrigerant piping systems
•Assist with controls and wiring connections
•Utilize tools, equipment, and computer systems effectively
•Maintain a professional attitude and communicate clearly with team members, subcontractors, and customers
•Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, codes, and company standards
•Support project success through effective planning, coordination, and execution
What We’re Looking For
•Five (5) or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience
•Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings
•Experience with refrigerant piping, sheet metal, ductwork, and equipment installation
•Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Good communication and documentation skills
•Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
•Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
•Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role in a commercial construction setting. You can expect:
•Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying conditions
•Frequent standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
•Occasional driving between job sites
•Exposure to construction materials, tools, equipment, and varying weather conditions
