Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $28- $36 per hour
The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Position Summary
The Lead / Master Plumber serves as a senior-level expert responsible for overseeing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in commercial and public facilities. This role leads crews, ensures quality and safety standards, and supports project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and oversee plumbing crews on commercial job sites
•Plan, coordinate, and execute plumbing installations and system layouts
•Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
•Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations
•Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and implement effective solutions
•Install and maintain piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment
•Train, mentor, and support apprentices and junior plumbers
•Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades
•Order materials and manage job site resources efficiently
•Perform quality checks and ensure timely project completion
•Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
•5+ years of plumbing experience in commercial and/or industrial environments
•Journeyman or Master Plumber License strongly preferred
•Proven leadership or crew supervision experience
•Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety practices
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
•Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical Demands & Work Environment
This role may include:
•Extended driving or travel to job sites
•Exposure to outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
•Frequent standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
•Use of tools, equipment, and construction materials, including chemicals requiring safety awareness
