Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22- $45/ per hour

What You’ll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will install, maintain, and service commercial and industrial HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.
Key responsibilities include:
•Maintain and service HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps
•Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues with accuracy and efficiency
•Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
•Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and performance
•Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
•1 to 5 years of HVAC experience in service and installation, or equivalent training
•Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment
•EPA or CFC Certification required
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Strong communication and documentation skills
•Dependable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
•Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect:
•Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures and conditions
•Frequent standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
•Occasional driving between job sites
•Exposure to construction materials, tools, and equipment
