Performs and provides guidance in the implementation of the district’s preventative maintenance program. Responsible for carrying out all assigned duties to ensure that all City Schools facilities are kept in a condition of operating excellence.
Essential Functions
•Cleans and performs basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs on unit ventilators, and air handling units.
•Assists Stationary Engineer(s) with maintenance and operations of building equipment.
•Performs upkeep of boilers and mechanical rooms.
•Maintains simple record of daily operations.
•Performs and promotes all activities in compliance with equal employment and non-discrimination policies; follows federal laws, state laws, school board policies, administrative regulations, and professional standards.
Maximum Salary 29.96
Minimum Salary 20.84
Desired Qualifications
•Completion of sixth grade or higher. High School diploma preferred.
•Ability to maintain records.
•Ability to read and write.
•Ability to follow instructions.

In accordance with Maryland law, City School is required to share the position salary ranges in its entirety. Please note, this is not the hiring range. The hiring range for this position is ($20.84 - $24.21)
