Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $24-$32/ per hour

Position Summary
The Sheet Metal Mechanic installs, repairs, and maintains sheet metal systems in commercial and public buildings. This role involves hands-on work, teamwork, and the ability to follow project plans and leadership direction.
Key Responsibilities
•Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks assigned by the Sheet Metal Superintendent or Lead
•Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork using appropriate tools and equipment
•Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites using hand tools, carts, or motorized vehicles
•Perform labor duties related to installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC sheet metal systems
•Maintain a clean and safe work environment
•Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
•Preferred 5+ years of sheet metal experience in commercial HVAC installation or a combination of vocational training and hands-on experience
•Ability to work overtime as needed
•Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Physical Demands & Work Environment
This position requires frequent physical activity, including:
•Standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
•Working in various weather and job site conditions
•Frequent use of hands to operate tools and equipment
•Travel in vehicles, potentially for extended periods
