CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

* Maintain CNC machines according to engineering drawings and understand dimensions as they pertain to repeatability, equipment capabilities, tooling, and scaled-up production.
* Dialogue with external vendors, as needed, to ensure that all necessary components and equipment are always available to keep production running.
* Participate in Continuous Improvement projects and collaborate with other departments, as requested.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and automated saws.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
* Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
* Provide technical support and training to operators and other staff as needed.
