Founded in 2007, KLEO Community Family Life Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based at 119
E. Garfield Boulevard in Chicago's Washington Park neighborhood. KLEO's mission is to eradicate
violence by bringing opportunities to those in need through arts, culture, workforce development, and
STEM education, with a vision to create a community where every person feels safe, loved, and has an
opportunity to thrive. For nearly two decades, KLEO has served as a trusted anchor institution on Chicago's South Side, building lasting relationships with residents, schools, businesses, and grassroots organizations throughout the Washington Park and South Shore neighborhoods.
